Nova Pioneer is looking for a superstar Talent External Relations Senior Associate to attract amazing talent to join our team! This person will build relationships and partnerships with teacher training institutions to encourage aspiring educators to teach at Nova Pioneer, plan and manage events and run marketing campaigns that share our employer value proposition with high potential talent.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Outreach and brand building:
You will immerse yourself in Nova Pioneer to fully understand our unique culture and value proposition so that you are able to speak confidently and passionately about it to prospective talent. You will be constantly seeking out new outreach opportunities for Nova Pioneer to connect with relevant audiences and raise the profile of our Employer brand in South Africa. This will include attending events, conferences and other networking opportunities.
You will develop relationships and partnerships with educational institutions such as teacher training colleges, programs and universities to build a pipeline of aspiring teachers to teach at our multiple schools across South Africa. You will design an engagement strategy for how we work with these institutions so as to attract the best talent.
Marketing and online engagement:
You will develop a strategy for driving online, social media and email campaigns with the goal of driving potential talent to learn more about us and inspire further engagement through visiting our website and attending events, etc. Depending on the technical Marketing expertise of the ideal candidate this work may be done in house or outsourced but will be driven by the Talent External Relations person.
Event planning and management: you will plan and run multiple events throughout the year that aim to immerse prospective talent in our culture and bring the Nova Pioneer brand to life. These events should be optimized to support new lead generation (described above). You will be responsible for identifying key dates and activities, and for working with the various school stakeholders for each event. After each event, you will also be responsible for the collection and analysis of data to determine its effectiveness, and for making recommendations on potential improvements.
